Timing. The process of finding premises, renovation, equipping, and licensing takes on average 6–9 months.
Bureaucracy. Interacting with architects, builders, and inspectors requires iron nerves and knowledge of Polish legislation.
Which Strategy to Follow?
If your goal is immediate profit and you are ready for compromises, buying a ready-made business is justified. If you are building a network brand or want a “Class A” asset with maximum liquidity in the future, it is better to open from scratch.
